Many personal trainers in your average big gym have done a certification over the course of a weekend to be able to call themselves “trainers”. The coaches at RevMMA are on a complete other level. Aside from decades of training, teaching and private lessons experience across broad fitness and technical platforms, all of them have competed or are actively competing locally or internationally on the world scale in a variety of martial art and fitness disciplines like Mixed Martial Arts, CrossFit, Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and more. This real world experience translates into real results for you, the client.
Our trainers can get you into shape faster, with more insight into keeping you motivated and on track for your goals with more dynamic work outs. Our coaches aren’t there to just count your bicep curls–they are going to transform you and every facet of your physical and mental conditioning through a complex mix of strength and resistance training, while guiding you through a specialized program of your choice (Kickboxing, Boxing, MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Krav Maga, etc.). In fact, some of RevMMA’s coaches are the only coaches in Toronto with a distinctive mix of fitness certification, in addition to real world mixed martial arts and fitness training.

Want to get in shape fast? Feel like fast-tracking your technical progress outside of regularly scheduled classes? A single private session can be the equivalent of approximately three weeks worth of class training! In learning privately, you maximize your learning potential in as short period as possible while getting into the best shape of your life FAST!
Everyone has their own natural strengths, weaknesses and specific needs as a student. In private lessons, you work at your own pace, independent of a class to best maximize your strengths while eliminating any weaknesses. You can train with your favorite instructor as many times a week as you want. Morning, lunchtime, and evening private and semi private sessions are available.
